Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS
Strictly 30 days nett from date of invoice on approved accounts only.

PRICING
Prices quoted are provisional and may be subject to alteration without prior notice. All priced are quoted without VAT, which will be added at the appropriate rate at time of order.

CARRIAGE
Charged as extra on all items. Please ensure that all packages are checked before signing for receipt.

24/48 HOUR DELIVERY
24/48 hour delivery is available on a selection of stock items.
Please check with our sales staff for availability of stock and geographical coverage of this service.

NON-DELIVERY AND CLAIMS
Claims by the purchaser that goods are faulty or incorrect must be made in writing to Track & Field Sports Limited within three days of delivery. Otherwise, no responsibility will be accepted by Track & Field Sports Limited.

RETURNS
No goods will be accepted back by Track & Field Sports Limited for credit without prior permission. A 30% handling fee will be charged on unauthorised returns. For items that require collection a further amount will be charged for carriage, this to be agreed at the time of arrangement. These terms do not apply if returns are held to be genuine and a result of particular complaint, as agreed by the purchaser and Track & Field Sports Limited.

OWNERSHIP
All goods will remain the property of Track & Field Sports Limited until the full payment has been received.

PAYMENT
Approved accounts will be invoiced, otherwise we accept payment by credit card through Paypal.

Payment by non-approved accounts may be made by cheque,
with goods despatched when cheque has cleared. Please note
this may delay despatch of your order for up to seven working days.

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of this website, Track & Field Sports Limited is continually striving to improve and update its product range and reserves the right to change specifications and prices without prior notice. Track & Field Sports Limited cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions.

Delivery Schedule All orders will be processed immediatley. Orders are normally despatched within 3 working days and delivery is normally received in 5 - 7 working days. The majority of orders are despatched on a 'signed for delivery' courier service. This enables us to confirm that all parcels have been received at the correct destination.

Please ensure when placing your order, that you give an address where someone will be able to take charge of the item, or you can alternatively leave a message in the 'special instructions' section stating that you would like the item to be left in a safe place.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
