Description:There's a weight plate which allows an accurate adjustemt of the pulling effort. The runners may accelerate at their full power. The system regulates the pulling force due to weights you have on the plate. This works similar to a balance: you have as much weight on one side as you have on the other side.
Practicing alone with the Speedy proOnly with the Speedy pro you can experience the "Turbo-Effect"! At the end of the impeded race the weight plate disconnects automatically and the runner can continue the race unhindered.
