15th Feb -  Wentworth LC, Hexham  7pm to 9pm (beginners/intermediate level)

22nd Feb -  Cramlington, Concordia Sport Centre  7pm to 9pm (beginners/intermediate level)

Each workshop will include practical sessions for runners 

Refreshments will be provided at each workshop
